SEA SPICE SHOP is a shop and kitchen specialising in spice and flavour from Southeast Asia.

SEA SPICE SHOP is founded by Kevin WY Lee, a Fiji-born chef in Singapore. Kevin has championed Southeast Asia, first with photography and art for decades. He founded Invisible Photographer Asia in 2010 and Poon’s Supperclub in 2019. Kevin is also the chef/host of 2 seasons of ChannelNews Asia’s award-winning series In Search Of Heat where he travelled the region hunting for Southeast Asian spice and flavour.
